The White Snake Tie was originally created as a styling accessory for the mannequins I prepared for Paris Fashion Week.
I wanted to add a distinctive detail that would bring the different outfits together without overpowering the garments themselves.
For this piece, I chose white faux snakeskin leather with a pronounced, wide-scale pattern. I especially like how the larger scales run neatly down the center of the tie, giving the material a strong sense of symmetry and structure.
What started as an accessory for presenting my designs became a piece with its own character, combining a classic tie silhouette with an unconventional surface texture.
