Kranz-First-Sample

The Kranz First Sample was the very first concept behind my Kranz belt.

The Kranz buckle was inspired by the Crown of Thorns, and I wanted to pair it with a strap that carried an equally meaningful visual story.

Across several sections of the strap, the design depicts the Last Supper, connecting the symbolism of the buckle with the imagery of the belt itself.

I also constructed it as a reversible belt. It can be worn with the Last Supper artwork facing outward or flipped to reveal its light blue underside.

This sample represents the original idea behind Kranz, where the buckle and strap were conceived as two parts of the same story. Length 100cm
